Are you looking for a job that combines your passion for design with your interest in behavioral psychology and/or human factors psychology? BrainWeave is building what LinkedIn was supposed to be, and is looking for a Product Designer to join their team. The ideal candidate should have experience in emotional design and persuasive design psychology, with at least a passing familiarity with game design principles that emphasize external triggers and rewards/incentives to drive usage.

As Product Designer, you will be responsible for providing users with an engaging way to visually reconnect with past coworkers and generate relationship paths to a particular person based on shared work experience. You will work closely with the Founder, who has experience in successfully building and selling technology platforms, to create a product that is both engaging and user-friendly.

This is a contract position initially, with the option of joining full-time once the Seed Round is closed by the end of 2024. It is an exciting opportunity to get in at the ground floor of an early stage start-up and be part of the founding team.
